The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the Shanna e-shop (www.foulards-shanna.com). These provisions and conditions govern the sale by Sha-Tex sprl as mentioned on the invoice which will be sent for all orders for products sold by Speed-up sprl / Shanna, unless a separate formal purchase contract has been concluded with Speed- up sprl / Shanna. By ordering products on www.foulards-shanna.com or by accepting delivery of the products mentioned on the invoice, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. Sha-Tex sprl reserves the right to modify these provisions and conditions at any time and without prior notification. Sha-Tex sprl also reserves the right to make modifications to its products in relation to the information communicated on its site www.foulards-shanna.com.
When registering on the site www.foulards-shanna.com, you are solely responsible for the data entered. So be sure of the accuracy and completeness of the mandatory data you provide. The password provided to you when registering on the www.foulards-shanna.com site is strictly confidential and must not be communicated to third parties. You assume full responsibility for orders placed, even without your knowledge, using your connection parameters (username and password). If you suspect third parties of using your connection parameters, you must inform Sha-Tex sprl as soon as possible, which will provide you with new ones.
All prices on the www.foulards-shanna.com e-shop are expressed in euros, VAT included. Payments are debited in euros. Orders via www.foulards-shanna.com are only accepted by Sha-Tex sprl after receipt of a confirmation notice on your screen stating that the order has been processed successfully and that the payment is approved.
Sha-Tex sprl / Shanna accepts the methods of payment for the products presented on the site www.foulards-shanna.com: online payment by bank card. The amount due is debited in euros. Once the payment by credit card initiated by the customer, the transaction is immediately debited after verification of the information. Sha-Tex sprl cannot be held responsible for any additional fees or charges resulting from transaction fees or exchange rate fluctuations. Make sure the credit card number listed and the due date are correct. False information can slow down the processing of your order. Payment by credit card is subject to the approval of the financial institution that issues the card. Speed-up sprl / Shanna cannot be held responsible for any refusal by a financial institution to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. Speed-up sprl / Shanna takes all reasonable precautions, as far as the firm is empowered, to secure the details of your order and your payment. Except negligence on its part, Sha-Tex sprl cannot be held responsible for any losses resulting from the fact that a third party would have had unlawful access to the data that you provided during your visit on www.foulards-shanna.com or during of your order.
You acknowledge and accept the payment of all shipping and negotiation costs, as well as the payment of VAT and all other levies applicable to your order. The costs are automatically calculated for you and debited from your credit card account at the same time as the total purchase price of the product when your order is shipped. Actual costs may vary and are charged to the invoice. Sha-Tex sprl works with the Post Office (bpost) to send your order. The shipping and delivery data mentioned are nothing other than ideal evaluations and Sha-Tex sprl cannot be held responsible for losses, damage or costs caused by non-compliance with the shipping and delivery data indicated .
As a manufacturer, Sha-Tex sprl is committed to minimizing the delivery times of its products. If however this period should exceed 10 days, Sha-Tex sprl will contact the customer to inform him of the time when his order will be delivered. In the event of the purchase of several Shanna products in the same order, Sha-Tex sprl reserves the right to work with partial shipments (staggered deliveries) and to record the remaining products as a backorder for future deliveries, unless you inform immediately Sha-Tex sprl with the placing of the order that you accept “only a complete delivery”. You acknowledge and accept that deliveries of orders which “can only be delivered complete” may accumulate delay due to your request.
The term "Gift card" refers to the e-gift card through which Sha-Tex sprl decides to facilitate the purchase of its products. To buy a gift card, each customer must be at least 18 years old and declare that they have the legal capacity to conclude contracts, allowing them to order from Sha-Tex sprl. The products and services sold by Sha-Tex sprl, including but not limited to Gift Cards, are intended only for the personal use of the customer, who agrees not to resell them, in accordance with these provisions.
The Gift Card is a voucher allowing its holder to pay for the purchase of SHANNA products only online via the Website. It can be used more than once and its use can be combined with other means of payment, if necessary. It should be treated and treated as cash money; Sha-Tex sprl will not replace it and will not issue a refund in the event of loss. In order to use the Gift Card online, the number on it must be provided.
The Gift Card is valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase of the latter (date of the financial transaction). The financial transaction can only be made by direct payment (bank card) and not by bank transfer.
The Gift Card can be used for several purchases until its value is completely used up or until the expiration date of its Maturity. The Gift Card does not give entitlement to any cash rebate. Gift Cards, even partially used, cannot be exchanged for cash.
The withdrawal period relating to the purchase of a gift card complies with European regulations set out in the "product return" section of these general conditions of sale.
Any reimbursement within 14 legal days may only be made to the original purchaser and not to the recipient of the gift card.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if the product has a defect within the first fourteen days after receipt, you can return it for a refund or replacement at your expense. Before returning the goods, you must send us an e-mail to the following address: info@sha-tex.be, no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day after delivery, mentioning the following data : invoice number and date and product number (reference). Goods must be returned in their original packaging.
All return and negotiation costs must be paid in advance by the customer and are the responsibility of the customer. The reimbursement of the purchase will only be made after receipt of proof of return of the product (s).

Sha-Tex sprl cannot be held responsible for loss or damage resulting from delays or non-compliance with its obligations under this contract due to strike, lockout, revolt, war, fire , natural disaster, accidents, shortage of suppliers or manufacturers of Shanna equipment, restrictions by authorities, failure to grant import or export permits, violation of laws, prescriptions or orders or due to other circumstances or causes hampering the correct compliance with these provisions and conditions, or other causes beyond the control of Sha-Tex sprl.
These general conditions and any litigation or claim arising from or related to these conditions or their subject matter are governed by and interpreted under Belgian law. Sha-Tex sprl and the Client accept irrevocably that the resolution of any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with these general conditions is subject to the jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
Products are sold on the www.foulards-shanna.com eshop electronically. Consequently, you authorize Sha-Tex sprl to communicate with you by electronic means. Sha-Tex sprl can send you emails and other communications about your order via the internet. You accept in the broadest sense of the law that this provision replaces all laws which provide for other methods or other timing for the receipt of messages on your order. Sha-Tex sprl / Shanna reserves the right to send messages and notifications in a manner other than by normal mail, as well as the right to receive written messages provided this method is prescribed elsewhere in this contract. In the event of a dispute, you agree, in the broadest legal sense, not to question the probative force of orders, communications, messages or electronic notifications within the framework of this contract.
The provisions and conditions in this contract between Sha-Tex sprl and yourself constitute the full and final confirmation of the agreements and conventions between the parties concerning the content of this contract and they replace all previous agreements, contracts or written and verbal discussions. The fact that Sha-Tex sprl does not require the application of a provision or a condition of this contract or its rights within the framework of this contract does not mean that Sha-Tex sprl renounces its rights or its possibilities of recourse within the framework of this contract.
