Right to retract

You have the right to withdraw from this contract, the period during which the consumer can withdraw is 14 calendar days. This period begins to run for the delivery of a good, the day you, or someone designated by you, receives the good, that is to say takes physical possession of the good.

To comply with the withdrawal period, simply return it to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods, at the following address:

We also invite you to contact us, via our contact form to announce the return of goods, taking care to indicate the references of your order.

Effects of withdrawal

You must return the products to us by reference, and this without undue delay, at the latest 14 days after you have notified your withdrawal.

We will reimburse you for payments already made (excluding shipping costs), provided that you have not chosen a delivery method other than that offered during your order, within fourteen days from the date on which the notification about your cancellation of this contract will have reached us.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method as you used in the original transaction.

We may defer reimbursement of the amount paid until the products are returned, or until proof of the products has been dispatched.
The costs of returning the products are your responsibility.

Also remember that although you have the right of withdrawal, you should not forget that you are responsible for any depreciation of the property. It must therefore be handled and inspected in the same way as that authorized in store
