When you receive a Shanna gift card, you have 6 months to use it, from the date of purchase, that is, the date of receipt of the email containing your gift card.
The Shanna gift card is only valid in our online store, not in our physical points of sale.
When finalizing your order, simply indicate the code on the card in the box reserved for this purpose. The amount of the gift card will then be deducted from the total amount of your purchase. If the amount of your purchase is less than the amount available on your gift card, you can reuse this amount in a subsequent order.
When you choose to pay for your purchase by bank transfer, the chosen items are reserved for you for a period of 5 working days. Upon receipt of payment, we will proceed to the dispatching of the package.
