How do I return an item?

It’s simple, if an item doesn’t suit you, you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to return it to us for a refund, at the following address:

We also invite you to contact us via our contact form in order to announce the return of goods, taking care to indicate the references of your order as well as your IBAN bank account number.

I have received a Shanna gift card. How can I use it?

When you receive a Shanna gift card, you have 6 months to use it, from the date of purchase, i.e. the date of receipt of the e-mail containing your gift card.

The Shanna gift card is only valid in our online shop and not in our physical points of sale.

When finalising your order, simply enter the code shown on the card in the box provided. The amount of the gift card will then be deducted from the total amount of your purchase. If the amount of your purchase is less than the amount available on your gift card, you can reuse this amount for a subsequent order.

I've seen an article on social networks, but I can't find it in the online shop. What can I do?

If one of the items you saw on the social networks is not available in our online shop, you will certainly be able to find it in one of our many points of sale across Europe: Shanna points of sale.

How do I wash my Shanna scarf?

We strongly recommend washing your Shanna scarf by hand in cold water.

I've placed an order, when will I receive it?

We undertake to dispatch your order within a maximum of 8 working days following payment.

A link enabling you to track your parcel will be sent to you by e-mail when it is dispatched.

I'd like to wear my Shanna scarf in the same way as in the photos. How do I do it?

Why was my payment refused?
Your payment may be refused for the following reasons:

1. The card has expired. Check that your card is still valid.

2. You have reached your card limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorised purchase limit.

3. You have entered incorrect information. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

If none of these three reasons apply to you, please contact your bank.
How do I get the invoice for my order?

Once the parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail containing the invoice for your purchases.
